About Us

Our Approach

Viridium Pacific Group Ltd. is a Canadian public capital company trading on the Toronto Venture Exchange (TSXV: VIR). We specialize in investing in the Canadian cannabis industry.

As the parent company of several wholly-owned subsidiaries, our involvement in the cannabis industry is facilitated through our capacity for:

  • Horticultural production (Experion Biotechnologies Ltd)
  • Property development (Fish Trap Ventures)
  • Resource management (Stave Lake Services Ltd.)
A hardworking team looking to grow and expand into new markets

Through our subsidiary, Experion Biotechnologies Inc, Viridium is engaged in the production and distribution of cannabis and is positioned as a high quality wholesale supplier of recreational and medical cannabis. Experion is a registered Health Canada Licensed Producer and is authorized to sell dried flower and starting materials out of their state-of-the-art facility in Mission, British Columbia.

Our expertise in the industry gives us the utmost confidence in our ability to produce a strong portfolio of cannabis brands for the Canadian medical, recreational, and export markets. Development of recreational-grade brands are currently underway, with a mainstream brand geared for launch by the end of this year.

Viridium is well-capitalized and is actively negotiating several M&A opportunities and partnerships in Canada, including a long-term agreement with the Liquor Board of British Columbia to sell cannabis products in their Liquor Stores across the province. Export opportunities for our medical-grade cannabis products are also being developed throughout Europe.
